Help with quotes, local data, exports and Premium

Email digitalvalueteam@gmail.com. Please do not include customer names, medical information, payment details, store receipts or account credentials.

A quote will not calculate

Check every highlighted field. Session count must be at least one, minutes must be between 0 and 59, percentages must be between 0 and 100, and a fixed deposit cannot exceed the quote total.

I reached the free save limit

Free mode saves up to five quotes. You can delete an old quote and save another, or unlock Premium for unlimited saved quotes.

Restore Premium

Open Settings & Premium and choose Restore purchases while online. Use the same Apple or Google account that made the original purchase. If the store reports no purchase, check the account and try again later.

Sharing or PDF export failed

Confirm that a compatible sharing app is installed and try again. Plain-text sharing is available in Free. Branded PDF estimates require Premium. Your current quote remains available if sharing fails.

Offline use

Calculations and local quote management work offline. Store price, purchasing and restoration require an internet connection.

Delete local data

Delete one quote from Saved Quotes, or open Settings and choose Erase local data to remove all InkQuote quotes, presets and branding from the device. This does not erase the platform store's purchase record.

Response information

When requesting support, include your device model, operating-system version, InkQuote version, what you expected and what happened. Use fictional quote data in screenshots.
