Terms of use

InkQuote produces estimates. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or professional pricing advice, and its output is not automatically an invoice or binding contract.

Agreement

These terms apply when you download or use InkQuote, provided by Digital Value Team. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Permitted use

You may use InkQuote to calculate, save and share tattoo estimates for lawful professional or personal business purposes. You are responsible for your inputs, pricing decisions, customer communications, taxes, contracts and compliance with applicable laws and professional rules.

Estimate limitations

Calculations follow the values and rules you enter. Digital Value Team does not verify that an estimate is accurate, commercially appropriate or suitable for a particular customer, studio or jurisdiction. Review every estimate before sharing or relying on it.

Premium purchase

Premium is intended as a one-time, non-consumable digital unlock. Availability, localized price, payment, refund and restoration are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store terms. Features shown as Premium remain unavailable until the platform store confirms entitlement.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for quote references, descriptions and branding you enter. Do not use InkQuote to store unlawful content, sensitive medical information, payment-card details, credentials or material you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

InkQuote may be updated, changed or discontinued. Features that depend on Apple, Google, device software or sharing apps may be unavailable or behave differently outside Digital Value Team's control.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, InkQuote is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free results. Digital Value Team is not responsible for business decisions, lost profits, customer disputes or indirect losses arising from reliance on an estimate, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
